In the unlikely event that any customer suffers component damage as a result of the use of Hicks Oils product, Hicks Oils will pay the cost of necessary repairs provided that the Hicks Oils product was used as recommended by the manufacturer and Hicks Oils, and that the damaged component was maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Proof of proper maintenance will be required.
Customers who claim to have suffered component damage as a result of the use of any Hicks Oils product must provide a sample of the product actually used in the damaged component for testing purposes. Any damaged component must be available for inspection.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE RENTAL, VEHICLE EXPENSES OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. THE WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ABUSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE REPAIRS PAID FOR BY HICKS OILS EXCEED THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE VEHICLE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES YOU WITH SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS: YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
